Which one looks best?

Unfortunately if I change my monitor from 240 hz to 60 hz, I can no longer see the difference between the 60 fps WEBP file below, and the 30 fps WEBP file below. So seems like something’s wrong with 60fps WEBP files on 60hz monitors. So this is useless.
